My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was incredibly convenient near Regent's Park and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, I faced some unfortunate issues with the room's cleanliness and comfort. Overall, I might consider staying again for a good deal, but only if I could ensure a better room.
