Wonderful stay. Perfect service!

double bedfresh smoothies
i stayed in a lovely two-level family room! it included a double bed and bathroom downstairs. there were two single beds upstairs, after the reception was notified to separate a double bed, as well as another bathroom. the breakfast had many choices and freshly made smoothies were available.

acceptable stay, some issues

suitable locationdated roomextra charge
the location proved suitable for my needs.
the room seemed a bit dated, quite unlike the images i saw online. also, i found the extra charge of thirteen pounds for a simple tea and toast in the morning a bit steep, especially given the initial room rate (i thought it was highway robbery!).

upgrade pressureslow elevators
The constant pressure to upgrade my room was annoying. I had to repeatedly decline. also, the elevators were slow. I waited an absurd amount of time each time i needed to use one. it disrupted my schedule. the slow elevators are really disappointing and it made moving around the premises a complete pain.

I found the beds comfortable. the room had a kettle and a coffee machine. It's a great addition. the location between st john's wood and baker street is convenient.
rooms seemed a bit dated. it could use a little more polish. i also thought charging extra for a simple cup of tea seemed excessive.
